Joy Rising with the Sun
Joy rising with the sun is not about getting up early to run off to work; it is about how much we can tune in to our inner being and listen with our heart and our environment. Many years have passed since one discovered power in the silence as I used to live on a rural island in Northern Michigan. Most friends who came to visit made comments on the silence and it bothered them. 
Love is a constant companion, arising out of appreciation for each and every little snowflake or to observe how much the tree you sit next to in the forest has grown since last year. Many decades have been spent invested on the inner aware-ness. The main photo for this article was taken in Ravello, Italy where a small group of 50 had an opportunity to increase the inner being to a Higher Realm, conducted by Fred Dodson, from Reality Creation.
Sun rising each day is a gift like life is a gift your breath is a gift … I can go on and on how many blessing’s we all have each moment to moment; every 30 seconds a baby is born; every 60 seconds someone’s expiry date happens. I am humbled each moment for this game of life it is like the ice on the twig in a flash; it melts season to season, changing size, shape, and form. Humans experience the same thing, changing from one form lifetime after lifetime, yet most do not remember what they were in the last lifetime. Since I was an infant of maybe 6-9 months, I could remember thinking in full sentences, yet I was not able to speak as speech had not developed yet.
I call this stage of life blink-in and blink-out when a baby is this young and the first thought at that age is these humans are not ok please grow up fast and get away from them as soon as possible. Funny how a thought at that age materialized 15 years later. Learning that Life is a Game and you can write your future as you wish the only limit we have is the one we say to ourselves in our head, with what is known as self-talk. If you live with limits, you are correct; if you live pushing past your limits, you are also correct.
Now comes the Fun part if you have read this far then how to get out of the game of life? Many Saints, Sages, Mystics have all spoke on this subject and Buddha explained do not believe a word I have told you find out for yourself. That said one has chosen to live by those words, and there is no place thing nor object that distract’s one from seeking that Truth. If you the reader, become aware that you can Rise in your conscious-ness to such joyful blissful states that never go away eternal happiness you have a great chance to never have to take another birth in the game of life on this planet.
