It is our responsibility to first be self-responsible inside our thoughts hence the Title of this article is the basis for writing about the inside relationship we have with our self and if we have a healthy inner understanding of the Self that is not a personal self. A.K.A. non-dual only single is possible, the capital S stands for true the little s stands for an egoic perception or taking life personally which has been the whole challenge since the beginning of time and has been the excuse for all war’s of the past or current known or unknown issues happening on the planet.

  Now is the time to rise up above this little self and come to this known part of your Self. To do is more of undoing all of the old thought programs from what we have been originally taught and conditioned to do by habits of a=b=c logic and reason, we must go vertical inside of ourselves and threw dedication devotion and faith that it is possible and at some point we may need to find a true teacher or a mystic or sage in order to further our progress. Yet be aware of the false or even some of those who may have fallen from grace.   When we where children did most parents tell us and warn us don’t believe what others tell you even to be careful of what you witness from the eyes. Loving your self is not selfish it is an act of giving back to all those who do not know love, unconditional love does not mean I do not hurt when others choose the low road it means I cut them out of my boundaries and love them at a distance despite the terrible choices they make to harm me and others. I don’t blame them or shame them nor judge them it is not my job and living in accord with only 1 rule for this I will be measured.
