The Bird of Paradise is Grace growing effortlessly shining so beautifully in this little garden, it just stopped me in my tracks and in the moment had no idea the name of such beauty and then there was a plaque to tell me a name. So funny when I read the plaque and was not able to stop laughing because as a young child the adults would some times make a joke of may a bird of paradise fly up your nose and build a nest or something silly like that. Either I had no context for how they were conveying their humor or they had no clue as to what it is. 

    Now as for the title all life in the plant kingdom always grows without any effort and the animal kingdom has no worries as one thing always supports the other. Humans, on the other hand, spend a great deal of time complaining on social media or at work repeating the same or similar sentence blaming or some other form of pointing a finger how bad things are. Here is a new Idea and it is older than dirt instead of complaining why not decide to focus on a higher thought look for the beauty in the things around you actually find a way to see the beauty in all regardless of an appearance. Try this for a change look with wonder remember this is a short play on this planet. We have a moment to moment experience nothing is permanent all changes are faster than fast. Step out of your comfort zone and unplug from the media for a day a week if possible see if your inner feeling shifts or if you feel lighter. Life is love, peace, joy, contentment. We all come here and play a role like its forever, it is only for a short time then we return to the source from that which we came. 

  Peace of mind is priceless and the play we call life is only temporary. How to have more peace love and contentment and is it possible by wearing life like a loose shirt and to not take anything to seriously, that does not mean to not be considerate of others nor does it mean to be selfish. If the approach in life is more like a plant or a tree then go with the flow like a river. Anyone can throw a stone in the calm of a lake but the lake does not refuse the rock you have thrown and the ripples go out endlessly while the stone sinks to the bottom. Now the effects are seen on the surface what about the stone that sits on the floor of the lake? All action has an effect and to the point what do you wish to return to you? All that you send you must receive in proportion to that that you have sent, the simple law of the universe and the simple law of physics. Karma for a little better life or a great life or an outstanding life will in earnest be based on the amount of love trust & effort as well depending on where you are right now in terms of your own level of consciousness, if your vibe is low it will require a lot of effort until it is transcended, remember no effort no change. Today’s final message is this be like the plants and trees go with the flow of life if you want more give more, Life always supports more life without expectation of win-lose, gain loss system. Be a giver of more love peace joy contentment then see how much more life will give in return.
